Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate load computations for various electrical projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards
  • Prepare electrical designs, layouts, and schematics for power distribution, lighting, and control systems
  • Review and analyze project requirements to determine the appropriate capacity of electrical systems
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct site inspections and verify electrical installations against design specifications
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and cost estimates related to electrical works
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Analyze technical drawings, interpret specifications, and determine the electrical requirements of a given project
  • Liaise with other engineers and clients to ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Manage and monitor all assigned electrical projects
  • Ensure health and safety codes are obeyed at all times
  • Complete quality assurance on all electrical components and projects, and write up reports
  • Use CAD software to draft designs
  • Analyze and approve various construction and engineering plans
  • Diagnose problems and troubleshoot equipment
  • Ensure all deadlines and budgetary requirements are met
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in electrical engineering
  • Supervise the project team
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Professional Licensure Exam), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
  • Required Skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably 1-4 years experience in employee specialization in Electrical Engineering
  • Professional license (REE) is preferred
  • Proven experience in load computation and electrical system design
  • Proficient in using electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Required Language(s): English, Filipino
