Amazon FBA Wholesale Buyer & Account Health Specialist Direct message the job poster from Elevayz Hiring: Amazon FBA Wholesale Buyer with Strong Account Health Experience We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Wholesale Buyer who can work confidently with distributor/wholesale price lists, make data‑driven purchasing decisions, and independently handle Account Health matters inside Amazon Seller Central. This is not just a basic buyer role. The ideal candidate is comfortable both building purchase orders and managing Account Health cases from start to finish. Responsibilities Review distributor and wholesale price lists and identify SKUs that meet defined profitability and sales criteria. Analyze products on Amazon using Keepa and RevSeller to determine if we should buy and in what quantities (taking into account profit, fees, sales rank, velocity, and competition). Prepare clean, accurate purchase orders and maintain tracking sheets in Google Sheets/Excel . Monitor the Account Health dashboard, including IP complaints, policy violations, product condition/inauthentic complaints, and listing/ASIN issues. Take ownership of Account Health cases: Interpret what Amazon is requesting in notifications and performance emails. Gather the necessary documentation (invoices, letters from suppliers/brands, supporting evidence, etc.). Draft clear, structured appeals and Plans of Action (root cause, corrective actions, preventive actions). Follow up and adjust responses based on Amazon’s feedback to work toward full reinstatement and risk reduction. Qualifications Proven experience as an Amazon FBA wholesale buyer (ideally working with brand or distributor price lists, not only OA/RA). Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Keepa, RevSeller, and Google Sheets/Excel . Demonstrated experience handling Account Health issues independently, including writing appeals and Plans of Action for IP/compliance complaints, inauthentic/condition issues, and listing or ASIN suspensions. Ability to understand Amazon’s requests, interpret policy language, and respond with precise, compliant documentation. High attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and experience working with remote teams.
