This role is for technical operations experts who have mastered the mechanics of TikTok Shop operations at scale. You'll own the operational backbone that enables TikTok Shop GMV growth for category leading clients.
What You Must Deliver (KPI's)
Shop Performance: Achieve and maintain a 4.5+ Shop Score across 4-6 client accounts while preventing violations and compliance issues. Maintain a 200+ shop health score.
Campaign Execution: Never miss promotional deadlines or campaign enrollments that directly impact client revenue (100% completion).
Problem Resolution: Resolve technical issues (syncing, mapping, customer support) within 24 hours without escalation.
Operational Excellence: Maintain flawless daily operations across listings, orders, inventory, and CRM automation.
Delight Customers: Respond to 100% of customer support requests within 24 hours
Search Expert: Optimize product listings to grow search GMV
What You'll Do
Own Shop Operations End-To-End
Manage 4-6 TikTok Shop accounts as the technical expert and problem solver
Create and optimize product listings for maximum conversion and compliance
Handle all Seller Center operations from catalog management to customer support messages
Maintain daily shop performance logs and weekly operational reports
Master Campaign Management
Enroll products in TikTok campaigns, flash sales, and promotional events
Manage campaign eligibility, pricing conflicts, and margin calculations
Set up self-promo and co-funded discounts within policy limits
Track promotional calendar and never miss revenue-driving deadlines
Solve Technical Problems
Troubleshoot Shopify-TikTok Shop integration issues and mapping errors
Handle complex order routing, inventory syncing, and fulfillment problems
Diagnose platform bugs versus operational errors for proper resolution
Manage violation appeals and compliance issues with TikTok support
Drive Automation Excellence
Launch and manage CRM sequences to increase customer LTV
Ensure automated messaging fires correctly across all client accounts
Coordinate cross-functionally with influencer recruiters and media buyers
Build operational processes that scale across multiple client pods
What You Need:
Must Have Experience:
2+ years hands-on TikTok Shop Seller Center experience managing multiple accounts
Expert-level Shopify knowledge with integration troubleshooting capabilities
Campaign management experience with TikTok promotional tools and flash sales
Deep understanding of Shop Performance Score mechanics and improvement strategies
Nice to Have Experience:
Built and scaled TikTok Shops for brands doing $10M+ per year
Managed complex promotional calendars with multiple campaign conflicts
Experience with enterprise ecommerce integration (Aftership, third-party logistics)
Background in marketplace operations (Amazon, Shopify Plus, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM automation tools and affiliate recruitment systems

Your First 60 Days
Month 1: Execute The Fundamentals
Take ownership of daily operations tasks across catalog and campaign management
Hit 95%+ of operational deadlines in your onboarding checklist
Learn ClickUp project management and cross-team coordination processes
Learn: hold company standards and master internal SOP's
Month 2:
Manage up to 6 client accounts independently with full operational responsibility
Deliver first major wins through campaign optimization and compliance improvements
Build processes and documentation for scalable team execution

How We Work
Daily
Monitor shop metrics, order status, and inventory levels across all accounts
Check promotional calendar for enrollment deadlines and campaign opportunities
Handle urgent escalations from team members with speed and precision
Maintain CRM automation and ensure messaging sequences execute properly
Weekly
Submit comprehensive reports on GMV, campaigns, and operational issues
Participate in client strategy calls as the technical operations expert
Coordinate with influencer recruiters and media buyers on campaign execution
Monthly
Plan promotional calendar enrollment and campaign conflict management
Review Shop Performance Scores and implement improvement strategies
Document new processes and platform updates for team knowledge base
Rate: $1800
Schedule: Full-time, PST time
