Job Purpose Oversees and controls the overall performance of In-House Collection officers/Specialist/Outsourced Agencies under the unit Achieves 100% portfolio penetration and significantly reduce monthly delinquency flow rates (by count and amount) Administers and supervises third party collection agency; facilitates endorsement of accounts to collection agency, conducts review of account handling, ocular visitation to agencies, and audit based on checklist Assists Department Heads in meeting collection targets through the development and implementation of effective strategies Drives initiatives that improve productivity, enhance collection efficiency, and strengthen the overall performance of the department Job Requirements Graduate of any 4-year business course Preferably with at least (5) years supervisory experience in collections or customer service within credit card or loan operations. Strong leadership skills, analytical, organized, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Proficient in computer applications, with working knowledge of MS Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
