Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and processing new hire paperwork.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, time and attendance records, and benefit information.
- Assist with data entry and maintain employee databases.
- Answer employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with enrollment processes.
- HR Operations: Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications, such as employee handbooks and company policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and filing documents.
- Compliance: Assist with ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
