Overview Lalamove Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. Lalamove is disrupting the logistics industry by connecting customers and drivers directly through our technology. We offer customers a fast and convenient way to book delivery and moving services. At Lalamove, millions of drivers and customers use our technology every day to connect with one another and move things that matter. What You’ll Do Train and verify drivers based on set verified targets. Recommend driver training and process improvements to Hub Lead. Review pipeline scheduling and complete training tracking sheets. Collect required documents from drivers and verify them before verifying drivers in the Lalamove system. Collect cash related to driver training, track and hand over to Accounting. Work with Accounting to ensure accurate, documented, and timely remittance of all cash collected from driver applicants in bank accounts. Approve or reject driver applicants according to set standards. Ensure accurate stocks keeping of offline driver materials (e.g., jackets, boxes, stickers). Execute end-to-end on Special Projects or Campaigns. Fill in for staff when there is shortage of personnel. Observe all company policies as provided in contracts, agreements, and memorandums, and revisions thereto. Performs other duties as assigned by management. What We Seek A passionate customer service professional who can assist incoming partner riders with their application process. Someone who can understand partner rider pain points and improve internal processes to improve their experiences with the platform. What You’ll Need 2-3 years of customer service / operations experience (assisting hub operations). Experience in a fast-paced industry is highly desirable. Willing to travel.
