Role We are looking for a Driver Operations Lead who will : Lead and manage end-to-end driver supply efforts, ensuring a healthy pipeline of active and engaged drivers. Drive retention strategies to improve driver satisfaction, engagement, and long-term activity on the platform. Oversee driver communications, ensuring clear, timely, and effective messaging across all channels (SMS, in-app, calls, etc.). Manage and improve driver support processes, addressing concerns, inquiries, and feedback efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Service) to align efforts in improving driver experience and platform loyalty. Monitor key supply metrics (active drivers, retention, churn, etc.) and propose data-driven initiatives to enhance performance. Lead and support on-ground and digital initiatives to engage and assist the driver community. What we seek A proactive leader who understands the importance of driver satisfaction to platform success. Someone with strong communication and organizational skills who can manage both strategic planning and on-the-ground execution. A team player who can collaborate across departments while also taking full ownership of driver supply operations. Someone passionate about empowering gig workers and improving their day-to-day experience. What you’ll need 3+ years of experience in operations, supply management, or a related field—preferably within a tech, logistics, or delivery platform. Experience in handling retention programs, customer/driver communications, and support operations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, etc. is a plus). Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Filipino. #J-18808-Ljbffr
