We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and manage our accounting operations. This role requires strong financial management skills, team leadership capabilities, and the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and corporate policies. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency across departments, manage financial reporting, and contribute to strategic financial planning. Responsibilities Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Develop and implement accounting strategies, policies, and procedures. Oversee financial transactions including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and tax compliance. Ensure timely filing and compliance with regulatory bodies. Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing feedback and professional development opportunities. Engage with stakeholders and provide financial insights for decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA certification required. Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices.
