We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and contribute to our growth in the digital space. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in software quality improvement for customer-facing websites and mobile applications. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of quality assurance methodologies and processes. Responsibilities: Play a key role in software quality improvement for customer-facing websites and mobile applications. Work closely with the Business Analyst (BA) team to understand functional requirements and the Business Requirements Document (BRD). Create functional test cases and test scenarios. Perform functional and system testing to ensure high-quality software. Identify and document all system errors, collaborating with BA, developers and designers to track and resolve issues. Participating in customer and Agile/Scrum meetings (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) where necessary Ensure all work meets customer expectations and quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field. Proven experience in a software quality assurance role. Strong knowledge of functional testing, system testing, and bug tracking methodologies. Experience with quality testing tools and software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and errors. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
