Performing project‑based work as assigned. Managing and maintaining executives’ schedules and appointments. Coordinating travel itineraries and making travel arrangements. Calendar Management (Scheduling & Time Coordination) Meeting Support (Attending, Identifying Key Points & Action Steps for CEO) Daily stand‑ups and alignment calls Once a week, in‑person sync with the Executive Assist with the Executive's Personal Projects Task tracking and follow‑ups Cross‑team liaison Platform Management Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year of experience within an Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the Internet, IT and Professional Services industry. You are organised and have good interpersonal skills. You can work with minimal supervision and multi‑task effectively. You have good computer skills (Google Suite and Notion). You have working knowledge of Meeting Support, Task Tracking and Follow‑ups, platform management and cross‑team liason You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data You are a strong networker & relationship builder What's on Offer?
