Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee social media marketing campaigns targeted to engage and educate the audience on available medical services. Create compelling content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and generates leads. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments. Coordinate and execute email marketing strategies as part of the overall social media and sales approach. Respond to inquiries on social media channels, promoting services and scheduling consultations. Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies for converting leads into patients. Maintain a current knowledge of industry trends, social media platforms, and marketing strategies. Requirements Proven experience working as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role in the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Demonstrated success in generating leads and contributing to sales growth. Excellent written communication skills with a knack for engaging storytelling. Ability to analyze social media metrics and implement improvements based on data insights. Proficient in using social media management and marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Canva).
