This role will drive brand elevation as well as brand desirability and maximize sales potential through strategic merchandising and creative visual merchandising for Tiffany Korea. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, deep market insights, and a passion for luxury jewelry retail.

Responsibilities

Develop merchandising strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.

  • Lead optimized product assortment and inventory levels by store typology in collaboration with global and regional functions.
  • Deliver retail communications on new product launches and major merchandising initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally to elevate the client experience and maximize sales through strategic merchandising.
  • Analyze market and competitors’ pricing positioning and share insights with the global team.

Project accurate product sales plans by category and channels.

  • Prepare sales plans by category and key collections for retail, e-commerce, and partners for the yearly budget.
  • Provide sales forecasts for new products.
  • Collaborate with demand planning for monthly sales estimations to ensure efficient production and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with inventory planning to optimize inventory supply.
  • Ensure consistent in-store product presentation following CVM standards aligned with global strategies.
  • Manage seasonal creative campaigns, including planning, installation, and maintenance.
  • Lead global alignment, budgeting, and activation of pop-ups and events.
  • Train in-store CVM ambassadors to enhance visual merchandising effectiveness.

Curate special event assortments

  • Create event-specific assortments aligned with business objectives.
  • Secure high jewelry offerings for local high jewelry events.
  • Coordinate with the global high jewelry team regarding performance and offerings.

Lead team management, collaboration, and leadership

  • Develop staff to be result-driven and self-starting, aligned with Tiffany’s values.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs to guide and motivate the team.
  • Foster open communication to promote collaboration and innovation.
  • Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with retail, marketing, finance, operations, and other relevant departments.

Required

  • Passion for luxury jewelry with strong merchandising, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Over 15 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Strong stakeholder interaction skills with diplomacy and flexibility.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred

  • Experience in global luxury organizations.
  • Jewelry and watch industry experience.
  • Knowledge of gemstones, jewelry, and timepieces; GIA certification is a plus.
