About the Position
The Retail Director is one of the most exciting positions available in the company for the right person with a background in Retail and Key Account Management. As part of the core leadership team working alongside the CEO and COO, you will be responsible for driving the shape and overall direction of the Colourette and Fresh Formula physical retail strategies. This includes (but is not limited to) offline sales revenue delivery and operations, market landscape competitive intelligence, relationship building with retail partners, organizational capability-building, and collaboration with key stakeholders on portfolio management, innovation planning, and campaign development.

Responsibilities:
a. Oversee, own, and deliver on all offline metrics (sell-in, sell-out, sales growth, stock-in-trade, on-shelf availability)
b. Create mechanisms to ensure consistently outstanding customer experience, both through sales associates as well as optimal merchandising and display formats
c. Drive strategic account planning and regular business reviews with key account partners
d. Ensure account profitability and sustainable business growth via optimized promotional planning and retail trade activations
e. Collaborate with Operations team to ensure accurate sales forecasts, service levels, and proper Accounts Receivables and Payables management
f. Manage regular sales performance analysis and reviews
g. Oversee the execution of retail initiatives and ensure proper execution of design and visual merchandising in all physical locations to achieve joint brand targets with Marketing
h. Provide insights into overall competitive beauty retail market landscape, and collaborate with the CEO and Marketing team to strengthen Colourette and Fresh Formula's brand positioning to resonate strongly (functionally & emotionally) with our customers
2. Key Account Partnership
a. Build and strengthen collaborative partnerships with strategic retail partners via top-to-top interface (in addition to overseeing regular business reviews with the working team)
b. Identify strategic opportunities with retail partners and collaborate with Marketing to ensure execution
3. Team Leadership and Organizational Capability-Building
a. Develop and oversee the achievement of team and individual OKRs and KPIs across the entire Retail organization
b. Drive organizational capability building through mentorship of the Retail/ Key Accounts team
c. Oversee Colourette's Brand Ambassador team to ensure delivery of sales targets and exceptional customer experience, together with the Retail & Training Manager
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in retail and/or sales in beauty, cosmetics, personal care and/or consumer packaged goods, preferably at the Supervisor/Manager level with 3+ years of experience managing teams
- Extensive experience in Key Account Management, including joint business planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is required
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills. This role will require directly influencing decisions and leading through people.
- Results-oriented and analytical mindset with strong attention to details
- Ability to work and lead agile cross-functional teams
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Fluent in English and Filipino
