About the Role

The Junior Front-End Developer t is responsible for building, operating, and maintaining the company's digital platforms to drive product and service sales. This role ensures platforms are running smoothly, digital ads are executive effectively, and customer interactions are optimized through data-driven insights. The role requires coordination with the internal team and partners, while ensuring quality assurance, compliance, and alignment with marketing and merchandising strategies. This role covers the following key responsibilities:

Digital Platform:

• Build, operate, and maintain digital platforms including but not limited to: Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok and Zalora.
• Creating a detailed document containing technical specifications of the project, taking into consideration company and industry best practices.
• Debugging and correcting issues raised in terms of speed and quality of the platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) and QAQC policies.
• Assist with platform security, compliance initiatives and critical failure planning.

Digital Advertising

• Help monetize marketing space across digital platforms (e.g. banners, hero products, ad space).
• Develop, post, and monitor digital advertisements.
• Implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's broader marketing activities.
• Prepare and present performance and promotional reports.

Data and Analysis

• Track platform performance and bran rankings in competitive marketplaces.
• Gather and analyze customer reviews, feedback, and sample group data.
• Utilize heat mapping and other analytics tools to improve user experience.
• Prepare demographic reports such as search data, click analysis, traffic source tracking and other reports required by brands, business leaders and/or clients.
• Ensure legal compliance regarding data collection, usage and consumer tracking.

Digital Communication

• Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure accurate inventory and pricing across platforms.
• Develop and distribute digital newsletters, notices and announcements.
• Maintain consistency across all digital communications and ensure brand tone and style are upheld across platforms.

General Administrative

• Plan, chair and attend internal and external meetings as necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, sub-contractors and external partners.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the line manager and/or directors.

Who is our Ideal Team Member?

Our ideal team member is some who...

• Has a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing Communication or any related field.
• Has at least two (2) years of experience in eCommerce platform management and/or web development
• Proficient on front-end development and web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript.
• Has the proficiency to manage eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop, Zalora and the likes.
• Has or possess knowledge SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics,
• Is ideally familiar with inventory management and integration tools. This is not a requirement but definitely will serve as an advantage.
• Possess strong knowledge in digital compliance standards (i.e. Data Privacy, Consumer Protection).
• Is well-versed at using MS 365 and other collaborative office platforms (e.g. Google Workspace)
• Is able to work reliably in Makati 5 days/week.

Work Location and Details:

• Our office is located along Don Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City
• Our typical work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, this may change depending on operational and seasonality requirements.
• This is full-time ONSITE work. The successfully hired candidate shall be required to report onsite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php35,000.00 per month
