The Position La persona en la posición de Gerente de Inteligencia y Calidad de Servicio, se encarga de desarrollar y proveer información relevante de servicio para la mejora continua de cara a los clientes, asegurar la disponibilidad y logística de insumos y de recursos de campo, gestionar el Sistema de Calidad y el plan de entrenamientos. Es responsable de los entregables del coordinador de Calidad e Inteligencia, Coordinador del Centro de Reparaciones, Analista de CRM y Analista de ERP, entre otros. Sobre Nuestra Oportunidad Las principales responsabilidades del role incluyen: Coordinar y supervisar el plan de capacitación de equipos: ingenieros y asesores Roche, Distribuidores y Terceros Gestionar la planificación. tipificación y despacho de servicios no programados (principalmente servicios correctivos). Supervisar la administración de la reparación de instrumentos usados, así como supervisar la gestión de refacciones reparables y pullout para una correcta gestión de retorno a GCS. Supervisar y autorizar el abastecimiento de partes, así como el nivel de inventario. Desarrollar estrategias y herramientas para cubrir las necesidades de eficiencia operativa y mejorar la satisfacción y experiencia del Cliente/Partner/Paciente. Investigar, desarrollar e implementar diferentes soluciones de innovación tecnológica para lograr la mejora continua para beneficio de Roche/Cliente/Partner/Paciente. Crear información de valor mediante dashboards automatizados para toma de decisiones a las diferentes áreas: dirección, gerencias y coordinaciones. Administrar el sistema de gestión de calidad de servicios profesionales Quien eres La persona en este cargo, tiene habilidades de liderazgo, orientación al cliente, excelentes habilidades de comunicación, de orientación a soluciones, y habilidades analíticas. Estudios completos y graduación en áreas de ingeniería y relacionadas es un requerimiento Experiencia en mantenimiento de equipos con atención a clientes, así como experiencia relevante liderando personal Preferencias Conocimiento de manejo de procesos de datos, procesos de administración de calidad, liderazgo de actividades de auditoria, Conocimiento avanzado del idioma Inglés es un requisito.
