Overview We’re looking for a skilled and versatile E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our brand across multiple online marketplaces — including Amazon, Faire, Walmart, Shopify, Creoate, and Etsy. You’ll oversee listings, advertising, inventory, and analytics while ensuring consistent brand presentation and sales growth across all channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both creative execution and data-driven decision-making. Job Highlights Monthly Rate: Php 70,000+ Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time Work Arrangement: Work from home Contract: Independent Contractor Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor , the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Amazon Seller Central Create and optimize listings (manual and bulk uploads), keywords, and SEO-rich content Manage A+ Content, Brand Store, and advertising (PPC, Sponsored Brands & Display) Handle inventory (FBA & FBM), restock plans, account health, and customer reviews Analyze sales, search terms, and ad performance using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and DataDive Strong understanding of Buy Box strategy, pricing, and promotions Faire & Creoate (Wholesale Platforms) Build and maintain wholesale catalogs with accurate pricing, attributes, and policies (MOQ, lead time, tiered pricing) Manage B2B relationships, respond to retailer inquiries, and optimize listings for visibility Familiarity with platform promotions, analytics, and order fulfillment tools Walmart Marketplace Set up and optimize listings (API or bulk uploads), SEO, and pricing Manage Walmart Connect ads and maintain account health metrics Monitor inventory, returns, and compliance requirements Experience with tools such as CedCommerce, Sellbrite, or Deliverr Shopify Manage storefront listings, product categorization, and SEO Customize themes, integrate apps (reviews, upsells, bundles), and improve conversions Connect with marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and recover abandoned carts Analyze store performance using Shopify Analytics Etsy Create artisan-focused listings using effective keywords, tags, and imagery Run and optimize Etsy Ads, manage reviews, and deliver top-tier customer service Stay updated on trends, seasonality, and Etsy SEO best practices Cross-Platform & General Skills Maintain inventory accuracy across platforms using tools like Sellbrite or CedCommerce Track KPIs and provide insights to improve sales and operations Collaborate with marketing for product launches, bundles, and promotions Ensure compliance with each platform’s rules and documentation standards Strong written and verbal communication in English Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, Asana/ClickUp/Trello, and content tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, ChatGPT) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving Requirements Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Etsy, Faire, or Creoate) Strong understanding of product listing optimization, SEO, and advertising management Hands-on experience with inventory management tools (Sellbrite, CedCommerce, or similar) Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Experience working with data, analytics, and KPI tracking Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams Independent Contractor Perks Permanent Work from Home Immediate Hiring Steady freelance job Reminder Apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
