Position: Salesforce Lifecycle Marketing Cloud Specialist Employment Set Up: 100% WFH Employment Type: Independent Contractor Shift Schedule: EST Hours / Graveyard Shift About the Job We are seeking a data-driven and content-oriented Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own client communications (email & SMS) across the customer journey. This role is hands-on, focused on building, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive retention and support new client acquisition. You’ll develop and test data-informed strategies in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to strengthen client engagement, improve retention, and maximize lifetime value. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a knack for compelling, client-first content. Key Responsibilities Plan, build, and execute client-facing email and SMS campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, and retention journeys Analyze campaign performance and client data to optimize segmentation, personalization, and messaging Design and run A/B tests to improve open rates, click‑through rates, and retention outcomes Partner with analytics, product, and creative teams to align messaging with business goals and client needs Develop reporting dashboards and share insights to guide decision‑making and improve campaign ROI Manage and optimize campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging automation and personalization capabilities Maintain content calendars and ensure campaigns are timely, accurate, and aligned with compliance requirements Skills / Qualifications 3‑5 years of experience in email/SMS marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo) Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights Experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously Solid writing/editing skills with the ability to create clear, client‑centered messaging Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail in execution Bonus: Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
