About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organised Partner Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our digital wellbeing platform. In this role, you will assist with onboarding new partners, managing partner listings, and ensuring that all offers, data, and content across the platform are accurate and up to date. You’ll work closely with the Partnerships team to maintain high-quality partner experiences and smooth platform performance. Key Responsibilities: Support the onboarding of new corporate and wellbeing partners by setting up listings and uploading partner details, images, and offers. Maintain accurate data across our internal databases (Airtable) and content management system (WordPress). Monitor partner promotions and proactively update listings, offers, or content as needed. Liaise with partners to collect information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure listings are always up-to-date. Perform quality checks on partner data and ensure consistent language, branding, and structure. Support internal teams with ad hoc updates, reporting, and database maintenance tasks. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in operations, partnerships, content management, or e-commerce support. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Experience using WordPress, Airtable, or similar CMS/database tools. Highly organized, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Proactive communicator who enjoys working collaboratively in a remote team setup.
