What You’ll Do Provide friendly and efficient support via phone, live chat, email, and SMS for product, order, returns, and refund inquiries. Assist customers with confident shopping decisions through personalized suggestions and detailed product knowledge. Monitor, update, and resolve order‑related concerns with speed and accuracy. Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to boost revenue and improve the customer experience. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to inform internal improvements. Communicate insights and customer trends with the internal team to continually optimize the support process. What We’re Looking For 1+ year of remote/online experience in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or other CRM platforms is a plus. Ability to stay calm and resourceful when handling customer concerns. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a remote, fast‑paced environment. Technical Requirements A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher. A stable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
