Overview
Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee The purpose of this role is to support the team in managing and enhancing reward initiatives, with a focus on streamlining processes and documenting activities. This involves assisting in the implementation and communication of employee remuneration programs, analysing data to provide insights for decision-making and ensuring alignment with business needs. The role aims to optimise efficiencies by improving processes and facilitating the delivery of reward programs.
Responsibilities- Provide consultative guidance on compensation programs to People Business Partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage survey process to ensure access to current market data for the team.
- Deliver personalised service to internal stakeholders regarding reward questions and program understanding.
- Contribute to data integrity through report development and analysis.
- Assist in annual reward cycles preparation and delivery.
- Develop awareness of reward programs to align work activities.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to meet business expectations.
- Assist in collating statistical and financial data for decision-making.
- Contribute to wider People projects with a reward remit.
Necessary Work Experience includes:
- Some relevant work experience.
Necessary Qualifications include:
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
