Facultative Technical Accounts Analyst / Senior Analyst Guy Carpenter is a leading reinsurance intermediary and strategic advisor to insurance and reinsurance organizations worldwide. Guy Carpenter is a brand of Marsh Philippines, and we are actively seeking qualified candidates for this role in Manila within a new business division to be established within Marsh Philippines. Responsibilities Review broker placements for accuracy and compliance with company standards. Manage assigned facultative portfolio: account setup, process receipts, reconcile payments, and follow up as required. Reconcile premium accounts with clients and fiduciaries; investigate and resolve discrepancies. Process technical account transactions using internal systems; meet SLAs and regulatory requirements. Communicate professionally with brokers, clients and market contacts; escalate issues when needed. Maintain accurate records and support audits and internal controls. Contribute to process improvements and perform ad hoc tasks as requested. Deliver accurate, timely technical accounting for facility accounts. Qualifications Proven experience in facultative technical accounts. Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. Prior reinsurance industry experience, especially in facultative reinsurance, is highly desirable. Strong creative problem‑solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work daytime in alignment with Asia time zones as this role covers Asia portfolio.
