Job DescriptionThis is a remote position.
What You will be doing- Manage information in CRM and cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
- Help the team meet its sales goal
- Prepare sales presentations by compiling data and developing presentation formats and materials
- Provide sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
- 2+ years' of sales or account management experience
- SaaS sales experience is preferred but not required
- Type A personality (high achiever, ambitious, strong-willed)
- Knowledge of Real Estate (good-to-have)
- Great negotiation and decision-making skills

Salary : Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

This is a remote position. We specialise in 2D and live action videos, as well as corporate photography. We create impactful visual content for businesses across various industries. You’ll work with a team to build positive long-term client relationships, pitch to new clients, provide quotations, and collaborate with the video production team.
Responsibilities (2D Business Development Specialist)- Outbound and inbound sales activities including coordinating with the General Manager
- Generating sales leads via personal contacts or lead generation platforms
- Pitching offerings to leads to secure pitch meetings
- Supporting the sales team across the sales cycle
- Prepare presentations and quotations; discuss and brainstorm video ideas
- Nurture prospects/clients with marketing initiatives
- Brief projects to the production team and introduce to clients during kick-off meetings
- Research expansion areas for growth and stay up-to-date on relevant sales strategies
- Assist with other marketing activities
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or client service role
- Experience in the video production industry preferred (2D animations)
- Strong relationship-building skills
- A creative eye for sales opportunities
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; comfortable with client-facing roles
- Excellent command of English
- Willingness to work in a people- and customer-focused environment; independent and collaborative
- Resourceful, adaptable, with strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
