We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research and Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that guide decision-making across projects and campaigns. You will conduct research on industry trends, audience behaviors, and performance metrics, translating complex data into meaningful reports and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Data Gathering

  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Collect and analyze data from internal and external sources, including surveys, studies, and digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.

Analytics & Insights

  • Track and analyze performance metrics from campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Prepare clear reports and dashboards highlighting key findings, patterns, and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, business development, etc.) to align research with business objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable format to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support the development of strategies, proposals, and presentations with relevant data and insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in research, analytics, or data insights (internships or project-based experience also considered).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
