The Digital Analytics Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing user experience and optimizing content across Nestlé's digital platforms, including websites and mobile applications. This position focuses on integrating advanced analytics tools to monitor visitor behavior, track customer activities, and report performance across various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO. The specialist will conduct A/B testing, analyze data for actionable insights, and present recommendations to improve digital strategies.
A day in a life...- Data Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop impactful reports and dashboards using tools like PowerBI and PowerQuery to provide real-time visibility of business performance.
- Data Management: Manage large datasets, loading various data types (CSV, XML, JSON, XLSX) from multiple sources (SAP BW, SAP HANA, SharePoint, REST API) into a unified storage layer (Data Lakes).
- Analytics Integration: Execute data ingestion through Azure platform resources, ensuring compliance with Nestlé standards and troubleshooting technical issues related to developed solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze customer interactions with websites and provide solutions based on Nestlé and industry best practices for UX/UI and content optimization.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Generate hypotheses for A/B testing, manage experiments, and provide actionable insights based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Collaboration & Training: Collaborate with the ASL team to support the creation of PowerBI/PowerApps dashboards and conduct functional training for team members and partners.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and support the research and implementation of best practices for UX/UI and content optimization methodologies.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SessionCam, GlassBox, Usabilla, TINT, and familiar with Drupal and Magento CMS.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on user experience and digital marketing metrics.
- Experience in UX and UI fundamental research and design.
- Willingness to learn and adapt across various digital analytics areas.
