The role oversees the management of business application systems (excluding SAP) and leads the data analytics function to provide actionable insights supporting organizational goals. The role drives digital transformation, ensures smooth application operations, and leverages data analytics to inform strategic and operational decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Applications (Non-SAP) Management

  • Lead planning, implementation, and daily operations of business applications, ensuring high availability, reliability, and alignment with business needs.
  • Manage system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams, business units, and external partners to optimize application performance and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain application documentation, process workflows, and training materials.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, data governance, and security standards.
  • Drive business process improvements and digital transformation initiatives related to business applications.

Data Analytics Leadership

  • Lead the data analytics team to design, develop, and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support business decision-making.
  • Manage end-to-end analytics projects including data sourcing, cleaning, modeling, and interpretation.
  • Develop predictive analytics and advanced data models to support business performance improvements.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Mentor analytics team members and facilitate training programs to raise data literacy across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of combined experience in business applications management (non-SAP focus) and data analytics roles.
  • Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management, system integration, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, corporate governance, and IT compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as Power BI, PMP or Agile, ITIL Foundation or COBIT Framework knowledge, Certified Analytics Professional or DAMA-related credential, or relevant data analytics certifications.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance frameworks (ex: DPA 2012)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and emerging business software trends.
  • Exposure to digital transformation projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
