The Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting the various Human Resources functions, including Recruitment and Staffing, Employee Recordkeeping, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, and Employee Relations / Counseling. This role also includes supervising administrative functions such as, but not limited to, coordinating with internal and external partners, managing offices and facilities, and developing policy.

Job Responsibilities Employee Engagement and Employee Relations
  • Plans, organizes, and executes employee engagement, such as company events and activities

  • Assists in conducting due process in handling offenses committed by an employee

  • Assists the HR Head and other departments in the administration of disciplinary actions

  • Drafts and implements company memos and notices

  • Ensures the proper and timely processing and issuance of employee documents/forms

  • Processes and manages exit management (Clearance, exit interview)

Payroll Processing
  • Processing payroll for company employees

  • Gather payroll data, like bank accounts and working days

Administrative Duties and Responsibilities
  • Streamlining HR processes to ensure operations run smoothly

  • Work with department heads in planning annual training and development needs for the team and selecting appropriate third-party/external service providers when necessary

  • Keeping up to date on governmental laws and requirements that affect the organization

  • Assists in planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results through coaching and discipline, hearing and resolving grievances, and counseling

  • Assists with the logistical requirements of the business

  • Other duties reasonably necessary for the performance of HR and logistics-related functions, as may be required by the business

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the operations and functions of each department

  • Addressing employee questions and requests regarding HR-related queries

  • Manage the efficient use and inventory of office supplies and equipment

  • Liaise with internal and external partners

  • Provide general administrative support

Medical Services
  • Ensure a healthy and productive workplace at all times

  • Initiate and promote health-related wellness programs and seminars to all employees

Job Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree in Human Resource Management.

  • With at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the different areas of Human Resources

  • Broad human resource generalist knowledge of Recruitment, Employee Recordkeeping, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, and Employee Relations

  • Must be adept in the Labor Law provisions, including human relations and employee rights

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong communication skills
