Role Name: Outbound Sales Representative / Business Development Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and language skills in a high-growth startup environment. You will conduct outbound sales activities, connect with gas station owners across America, and play a crucial role in expanding the customer base. Your multilingual abilities will help you build relationships, overcome objections, and close deals with immigrant business owners who appreciate being served in their native language. This role combines the excitement of startup culture with the satisfaction of helping small business owners transform their operations through innovative technology.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging outbound sales calls to gas station owners and qualified prospects
  • Utilize language skills (Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Urdu) to build authentic connections with immigrant business owners
  • Explain product features and benefits in a compelling way that overcomes customer objections
  • Schedule high-quality product demonstrations for the internal account executive team
  • Manage leads and prospects effectively using Salesforce CRM
  • Follow up strategically with prospects throughout the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with internal account executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities
  • Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals

Requirements

  • Fluency in Hindi (essential for success in this role)
  • Additional language capabilities in Punjabi, Gujarati, or Urdu are highly valued
  • Proven communication and sales skills with a track record of results
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in EST or PST time zones
  • Full-time availability and commitment to professional growth
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to connect with diverse immigrant communities
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills
