Role Overview

This role is focused on cold calling, outreach, and top-of-funnel business development. You’ll identify potential partners, book discovery calls, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. Over time, high performers will have the opportunity to grow into full-cycle closers as part of our sales career path.

What You’ll Do

  • Cold Call: Proactively reach out to potential business clients across industries to introduce Club Feast and secure initial meetings
  • Appointment Set: Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for our Account Executives
  • Outbound Prospecting: Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate pipeline and grow our reach
  • Sales Messaging: Communicate value effectively and customize outreach based on client needs
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead and activity records in HubSpot
  • Learn & Advance: Receive coaching and mentorship to progress toward a closing role over time

Requirements

  • Outbound Sales Experience: At least 2 years of cold calling or telesales experience
  • Proven Track Record: Strong performance in setting meetings or qualifying leads
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English, both spoken and written
  • Sales Discipline: Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely in US time zones
  • CRM Fluency: Experience with HubSpot or similar tools
  • Education: IB, A-Levels, or SAT completed

Preferred

  • Experience in restaurant, food delivery, or hospitality tech sectors
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools or high-volume outreach platforms
