About the RoleThe client is a seasoned CPA with extensive experience providing accounting, tax, and Fractional CFO services to road construction companies and related industries. They are seeking a proactive Marketing and Business Development Specialist to support growth initiatives and expand their reach within the road construction sector. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in lead generation, marketing content creation, and digital strategies, combined with the ability to work independently and strategically in a niche B2B environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to promote Fractional CFO services to companies in the road construction sector.
 - Research and build a lead generation database of road construction companies with revenues between $5M and $500M, using publicly available information where appropriate.
 - Collect accurate contact information for company owners and CEOs, including names, mailing addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
 - Create targeted marketing content, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients.
 - Improve online presence through website updates, SEO, and digital marketing initiatives.
 - Design and implement KPI tracking systems to measure marketing and lead generation effectiveness.
 - Collaborate with the owner to identify growth opportunities and refine target market strategies.
 - Continuously optimize outreach methods to increase lead conversion rates.
 
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
 - Proven experience in marketing, business development, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
 - Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
 - Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO, and website management (WordPress or Wix preferred).
 - Strong research skills for building and maintaining lead databases.
 - Ability to work independently, proactively, and bring new ideas and solutions.
 - Experience targeting niche industries or specialized services is a plus.
 - Understanding of financial services or the road construction industry is advantageous but not required.
