Qualifications

  • Experience in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation industry
  • Experience in overseeing client implementation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • CargoWise One experience is a must.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support strategic initiatives that enhance KTL Australia’s competitive advantage.
  • Utilize Cargowise to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Utilize KTL Meridian to provide Sales Team reports on client volumes and any other related data required.
  • Generate reports on shipment volumes, pricing trends and client spend as requested by Sales Representative or clients.
  • Input, maintain, and update sales representatives meeting notes, sales leads and opportunities within Cargowise CRM database.
  • Prepare and ensure timely responses to customer proposals.
  • Generate weekly reports on pipeline opportunities and sales lead statuses and provide to Senior Leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to provide support on client onboarding into Cargowise.
  • Conduct on-boarding meetings for clients on to KTL Meridian (tracking system)
  • Assist to cultivate a strategy for reporting on client engagement and volumes to be provided to direct Sales Representatives and implemented for all clients.
  • Continuously review and suggest improvements for pricing processes within Cargowise and other relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator to prepare proposal templates and client presentations, with data received from internal departments.
  • Participate in sales support-related training sessions to stay current with industry standards and system updates.
