Overview

This is a remote position offered by various employers (incl. Bezla.com LLC and Scale-X Solutions) with roles spanning administrative support, bookkeeping, and project coordination. Positions are remote, contract or permanent, with typical hours aligned to EST or local time zones. Coachability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams are commonly requested.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare reports and manage calendars
  • Administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and data entry
  • Content creation or posting on social media (as needed)
  • Basic bookkeeping and financial record maintenance (e.g., invoices, reconciliations)
  • Project coordination using construction or project management software (e.g., Build-A-Trend, Monday.com, Asana)
  • Communicate with stakeholders, coordinates with contractors or clients, and support cross-functional teams
  • Format documents, draft emails and reports, and perform light research
  • Coordinate travel and schedule multi-time-zone meetings
Qualifications
  • Strong QuickBooks knowledge; experience in construction or service-industry accounting is a plus
  • Experience with project management tools (Build-A-Trend, Monday.com, Asana, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with social media tools and content scheduling
  • College degree preferred
