Validate vendor information, including company details and tax documentation, in accordance with standards. Confirm and authenticate vendor banking information to prevent fraud attempts. Conduct sanction checks to ensure compliance with federal and institutional guidelines. Monitor the shared inbox to manage incoming vendor inquiries and requests promptly. Route vendor update and addition requests to ASV in Workday for processing. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve vendor discrepancies and elevate issues as needed. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of vendor management workflows, compliance requirements, and fraud prevention practices. Contribute to process improvements and documentation updates related to vendor onboarding and maintenance.
