About the Role

eClerx is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
HR Operations Manager
to lead our HR operations in the Philippines. The role requires strong expertise in
Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, and HR Compliance
, ensuring accurate execution of HR processes while maintaining a positive employee experience. You will play a key role in streamlining HR operations, driving compliance, and supporting a global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full spectrum of
HR Operations
, including employee lifecycle management (onboarding, transfers, offboarding). Manage and continuously improve
Compensation and Benefits programs
, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with company policies and local regulations. Lead and administer
HRIS management
, ensuring accurate employee data, reporting, and system optimization. Ensure strict compliance with
Philippine labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company HR policies
. Partner with internal teams (HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance) for seamless HR service delivery. Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and enhance employee experience. Monitor HR metrics and provide insights and reports to senior leadership for decision-making. Handle escalated HR-related queries and provide effective solutions. Support internal and external audits, ensuring HR documentation and processes meet compliance standards. Manage, coach, and develop the HR Operations team to achieve excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree a plus). At least
5-7 years of progressive HR experience
, with
2-3 years in HR Operations leadership
. Solid background in
Compensation and Benefits, HRIS administration, and HR Compliance
. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR regulatory requirements. Experience in payroll processes and coordination with Finance. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and people development skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and drive process improvements. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on
US hours/night shift
. Must be willing to work
onsite in Northgate, Alabang
.
