Reports To: Regional HR Head
Function: Human Resources
Position Summary
The Senior Director, Human Resources is a strategic HR leader responsible for driving people strategies and organizational effectiveness at Manila site. This role works closely with local leadership, the Regional HR Head, and global Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to execute globally aligned yet locally relevant HR initiatives.

The role requires a high level of collaboration with global HR teams and enterprise HRBPs to ensure consistent, high-impact execution of people strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic HR Leadership & Execution : Lead and oversee the Manila-based HR team through a matrixed structure, ensuring effective execution of globally aligned HR strategies tailored to local needs.
- Strategic HR Leadership & Execution : Act as a cultural steward, role-modeling values and championing a high-performance, inclusive work environment.
- Strategic HR Leadership & Execution : Partner with business leaders and HR CoEs to align people strategies with organizational goals.
- Strategic HR Leadership & Execution : Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent, leadership development, and employee experience.
- Talent & Organizational Planning : Drive annual talent reviews, performance calibration, and compensation planning aligned with enterprise standards.
- Talent & Organizational Planning : Collaborate with global HRBPs and local leaders on organization design, team effectiveness, and workforce planning.
- Talent & Organizational Planning : Coach and guide leaders in applying leadership competencies to build strong teams.
- Employee Engagement & Relations : Provide leadership and oversight on employee relations matters, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with organization\'s core values.
- Employee Engagement & Relations : Partner with CoEs to shape locally relevant policies and programs that support engagement, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging), and CSR efforts.
- Employee Engagement & Relations : Drive initiatives that promote associate engagement throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and employment regulations in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.
- Compliance & Risk Management : Represent organization in government and industry forums, including the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), as needed.
- Compliance & Risk Management : Stay current with regulatory updates and market trends; proactively communicate changes to stakeholders and implement required adjustments.
- Compliance & Risk Management : Conduct internal HR audits as required by local authorities.
- Total Rewards & Benefits Alignment : Partner with the Total Rewards CoE to design, implement, and communicate competitive, compliant benefit programs.
- Total Rewards & Benefits Alignment : Oversee the administration and governance of benefits, leave management, wellness initiatives, and paid time off policies in line with local regulations and enterprise philosophy.
- Budget & Operational Management : Manage the HR department’s local budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Budget & Operational Management : Support headcount planning and provide operational guidance to aligned business units.
- Budget & Operational Management : Lead and participate in special HR initiatives and enterprise-wide projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with broad exposure across employee lifecycle, strategic HR planning, and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws , HR best practices, and market dynamics.
- Experience working in complex, globally matrixed organizations with a collaborative and culturally sensitive approach.
- Strong coaching, influencing, and consultative skills with the ability to build credibility across levels.
