Director of Ecommerce Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage the local overseas team; develop local team strategies and roadmaps aligned with headquarters' direction, and lead the team in execution.
  • Based on the overseas e-commerce business development plan, set and break down product sales targets, coordinate internal and external company resources, and achieve annual sales objectives.
  • Oversee sales management on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok; formulate competitive and differentiated sales strategies.
  • Collaborate to advance customer-related matters including contracts, orders, logistics, after-sales service, and marketing; liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Engage with local e-commerce platforms, negotiate to secure platform resources and support, stay informed of platform policy changes, and develop response plans while guiding e-commerce clients in implementation.
  • Maintain close communication with clients, monitor their daily sales and operations, implement various management and support policies set by the group, and assist clients in enhancing their e-commerce sales and operational capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English or Chinese; local nationality is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales, overseas e-commerce, channel management, business negotiation, and overseas work. Experience in building a brand from 0 to 1 for overseas expansion is a plus.
  • Familiar with characteristics of domestic and international home appliance markets and e-commerce channel trends; possess a strong sense of e-commerce sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details, execution-oriented, and capable of driving team performance.
