Job Description

The Web Development Lead (React and ) is pivotal in driving the development of our customer-facing web applications by ensuring adherence to industry best practices. This role requires a hands-on leader who will perform 100% of the code reviews, ensure optimal application performance, and mentor a focused team. This position also encompasses agile project management responsibilities in coordination with the Director of Software Development.

Responsibilities

• Code Quality and Review: Oversee and execute comprehensive code reviews to enforce industry coding standards and best practices.
• Application Performance Optimization: Ensure that web applications are designed and maintained for optimal performance, scalability, and security.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and upskill team members to strengthen technical expertise.
• Agile Project Management: Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups) in close collaboration with the Director of Software Development.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Champion the adoption of emerging web technologies and implement process improvements to reduce technical debt.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications in relevant web technologies or agile methodologies are a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams and enforcing coding quality through rigorous code reviews.
• Ability to guide technical teams, mentor junior developers, and enforce high coding standards.
• In-depth knowledge of React and modern web development practices with a strong focus on performance optimization and security.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies to drive efficient project management.

Role Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager with enough technical background to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects. You’ll work closely with our developers, acting as a bridge between them and other departments; translating client requirements into actionable solutions, managing timelines, and ensuring a seamless experience from requirements gathering to launch.

Responsibilities

• Technical Solutions & Advisory: Translate technical concepts for account managers/product owners; translate client requirements into actionable documentation for engineering and design teams; assist in diagnosing and resolving technical challenges.
• Project Management & Communication: Lead end-to-end project management; develop and maintain project plans; serve as main communication between Account Management, Engineering, and other teams; run regular status meetings; identify risks and mitigate; relay client feedback and scope changes; foster cross-functional collaboration.

Group E-Commerce Development Manager – Mondelēz International

Location: Southeast Asia (PH focus)

Role Description: Partner with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer. Work with SEA E-Commerce Lead to create an ecommerce strategy with KPIs and initiatives to achieve annual contract targets.

What you will contribute

• Develop and drive broad customer relationships at multiple levels to support strategy execution.
• Execute customer strategy and ensure delivery of Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP).
• Optimize resources for profitability; build ecommerce capability over a 3-4 year horizon.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver audience-relevant ecommerce campaigns in the Philippines.

• Set ecommerce targets; develop bottom-up forecasts; manage trade spend; create revenue-building forecasts and track performance; manage budgets.

Ecommerce Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Be the ecommerce champion; build ecommerce presence; lead ecommerce talent and cross-functional collaboration.
