Role Overview

We're hiring
Cold DM Appointment Setters
to start conversations with eCommerce owners on
Instagram, Facebook Messenger and LinkedIn
and book qualified sales calls. You'll work from curated lead lists, clear scripts and a tight qualification checklist.

This role is
100% commission on closed deals (no base, no per-meeting pay).

What You'll Do


•
Prospect and DM owners
, founders and heads of eCommerce in niches like
pet, baby, outdoor and cosmetics
on IG, FB and Linkedin.


•
Personalize first lines
using each prospect's posts, bio and site.


•
Qualify fast
with 2-3 questions and book strategy calls to our calendar.


•
Follow up
with value-led nudges without spamming.


•
Document everything
in our CRM (HighLevel) so sales can close smoothly.

What Counts as a Qualified Appointment


• Decision-maker: Owner, Founder, Director or Head of eCommerce.


•
US or UK
business with an active store or committed to launch.


• Interest in redesign, Shopify to WooCommerce migration, SEO or CRO.


•
Budget fit
: typical projects start at $4,000 / £3,600 and scale up by scope.


• Booked within
7 days
and the prospect
shows

Compensation


•
Commission on closed deals only.


• No base salary. No per-meeting payouts.


• Exact commission tiers are shared during interview.


• Commissions are released after client payment clears.

Targets and KPIs

Daily DMs:
60-120 with first-line personalization.


•
Positive replies
: 8-15% depending on niche and platform.


•
Booked calls:
4-8 per week after ramp.


•
Show rate support:
60%+ via reminders and confirmations.


•
CRM hygiene:
100% of conversations tagged and updated.

Work Hours

Pick one market and stick to it for consistency:


•
US shift
: roughly 9am-5pm Eastern Time (PH night).


•
UK shift:
roughly 9am-5pm UK time (PH late afternoon

to evening).

Monday to Friday
. Optional light weekend testing if you prefer.
