Responsibilities Develop financial evaluation models to assess the ROI of new products, channels, and major marketing initiatives, supporting a full-cycle management approach (pre-assessment, in-process monitoring, and post-event review). Lead the digital transformation of financial models by embedding them into internal systems with configurable parameters, automated calculations, and process integration. Continuously optimize evaluation models and workflows to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness to business needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business and financial processes, and support front-end operations with financial insights. Act as a data quality gatekeeper, regularly producing business value reports and performance analysis to inform decision‑making. Support the end‑to‑end process of model development, approval flow tracking, and ongoing optimization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines; CPA qualification is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into financial models. Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional collaboration, lead discussions, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Employment Standards Work arrangement is 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig. Must be amenable to an individual contributor role. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools; experience with databases and SQL is a plus. Excellent communication skills and strong organizational and planning capabilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and work under pressure. A growth mindset with willingness to continuously improve processes and tools. Solid understanding of financial principles and business performance analysis, with familiarity in common financial processes and workflows. Familiarity with digital transformation in finance, including building or financial models in system platforms.
