Hybrid - Taguig 5-10 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Work-Life Balance Flexible Hours, Work from Home Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Finance Officer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Present financial findings to senior management for strategic planning. Budget Management Develop, monitor, and manage company budgets. Collaborate with department heads to ensure budget adherence. Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Accounting & Compliance Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Coordinate with external auditors during audits and assist with regulatory reporting. Process Improvement Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy. Leverage financial systems and tools to optimize reporting and analysis. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role. Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards. Note: The position is located in Taguig and may require hybrid work arrangements.
