This full-time position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City office and offers an opportunity to lead the financial strategy of a dynamic and growing organization. What You\'ll Be Doing: Leading the overall financial strategy, planning, and forecasting in alignment with the company’s growth objectives Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including general accounting, treasury, budgeting, and tax compliance Preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial reports to executive leadership, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses Managing the budgeting process and providing actionable insights to optimize cost efficiency and profitability Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards while upholding internal financial controls and policies Analyzing financial trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed executive decision-making Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing finance team, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to align financial goals with operational execution Managing relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus) Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field. (With at least 3 years in a senior management or CFO role) Strong expertise in financial management, strategic planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and deliver insights to support strategic initiatives Exceptional leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in financial systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License or equivalent financial certification is highly preferred but not required.
