Corporate Finance Officer – Join Discovery Capital Finance Corp. We are looking for a Corporate Finance Officer to support the company’s capital‑raising, financial planning, and investor relations initiatives. The role will ensure the appropriate funding structure to support loan portfolio growth and business expansion. Duties & Responsibilities Bank and investor relationship management – assist in securing and managing funding from banks, investors and financial institutions. Negotiate bank fees, loan terms and interest rates to secure favorable terms. Monitor bank performance and ensure smooth execution of transactions. Coordinate with Treasury and Accounting teams on cash flow and funding needs. Cash and liquidity management – monitor daily cash balances, manage transfers, deposits, withdrawals and loan drawdowns, prepare cash flow forecasts and recommend optimization strategies. Reporting and compliance – prepare regular reports on bank transactions, loan schedules and investor payables; coordinate with auditors and regulatory agencies regarding bank and investor accounts.
