Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred) Type: Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can help fuel our growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients across local and international markets. You’ll play a vital role in connecting our sales team with qualified prospects — helping us grow our portfolio in tech, digital marketing, and creative services. Responsibilities Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, social media, email, and other prospecting tools. Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ideal client profiles and project requirements. Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) to ensure accurate tracking of leads and touchpoints. Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and SMS to introduce Tito Solutions and schedule discovery calls. Collaborate with the Growth and Sales team to refine outreach scripts, targeting strategies, and campaign sequences. Support marketing campaigns by segmenting leads and providing data insights on performance. Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs for qualified leads, booked calls, and conversions. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing (preferably B2B or agency setting). Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase , or other prospecting tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience using CRM platforms and lead management workflows. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Familiarity with digital marketing, creative, or tech industries is a plus. Nice to Have Experience working with international clients (US, Canada, UK). Knowledge of cold email automation tools. Background in copywriting or sales development.
