The Accounts Payable Supervisor oversees the hotel’s accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. This role maintains strong internal controls, supports financial reporting, and leads the accounts payable team to ensure efficient and compliant financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations. Ensure timely and accurate processing of all payments, including expense reimbursements and supplier invoices. Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Review and approve invoices, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with vendors as needed. Prepare reports on payables, outstanding balances, and cash requirements for management. Assist in month-end closing, financial audits, and reconciliations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable or finance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems. Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
