QUALIFICATIONS:


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.


Experience:

At least 3–5 years experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics coordination, or import/export operations (experience in handling suppliers, brokers, and shipment tracking is an advantage).


Skills and Competencies:

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills

- Knowledge in pricing computation, cost analysis, and PO processing

- Familiarity with import/export documentation and shipment monitoring

- Proficient in MS Excel or other data management tools (for database maintenance)

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Good communication and coordination abilities with internal and external partners

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
