This is a fully remote role ideal for someone based in the Philippines, supporting a U.S.-based mental health care company. For more information about New U Therapy Center & Family Services, please visit: Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical and admin positions such as Associate Psychotherapists (ACSW, APCC, AMFT) or Licensed Psychotherapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologists), Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Medical Billers, Medical VA, appointment schedulers Source top-tier candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and hiring needs Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and applicant records Stay updated on U.S. healthcare hiring trends and best practices What You Bring At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter (mental healthcare recruiting preferred) Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Tech-savvy: comfortable with Gmail, Google Docs, Excel, and ATS tools Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines Exceptional attention to detail and social perceptiveness Experience recruiting U.S.-based clinicians and admin staff is preferred (e.g., Associate Psychotherapists, Licensed Psychotherapists, Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners) Perks & Benefits Long-term opportunity (based on performance) Friendly and professional work environment Fully remote - enjoy the comfort of working from home Flexible schedule Compensation $3–$4 per hour (based on experience) Paid bi-weekly via online transfer New U Therapy Center & Family Services is an equal opportunity employer.
