The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing engagement programs that align with Landers’ values of teamwork, service, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement employee engagement strategies that promote collaboration, recognition, and continuous improvement across all departments. Design programs and activities that foster employee connection, motivation, and retention. Lead the administration and analysis of engagement surveys, translating results into actionable plans for improvement. Partner with HR, Operations, and leadership teams to ensure engagement initiatives support overall business objectives. Champion wellness, learning, and inclusion programs that strengthen Landers’ culture and core values. Monitor engagement metrics and prepare regular reports and insights for management review. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in employee engagement, organizational development, or related HR functions. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute company-wide engagement programs.
