Job SummaryA Project Manager focuses on platform delivery of each project. He/she is in charge of the day-to-day operations by defining project requirements, identifying project milestones, phases, elements and budget. Additionally, he/she monitors and publishes project progress reports, tracks activity, resolves problems, and recommends actions. Assembles and manages project management team, in coordination with the Research and Development Department; Manages project team's engagement and productivity; Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information and evaluating output requirements and formats; Constructs workflow charts and diagrams by writing specifications and studying system capabilities; Improves systems by studying current practices and designing modifications; Recommends controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures; Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, elements and budget; Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions; Validates resource requirements and develop cost estimate models; Performs daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports; Creates informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement; Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends; Prepares and submits documents such as but not limited to: Monthly Annual Other report that may be required; Ensures strong relationship with clients; and Supports and participate in Human Resources activities, such as but not limited to the following: Talent Acquisition Onboarding Employee Engagement Learning and Development Employee Relations Offboarding Job SummaryA Project Manager focuses on platform delivery of each project.
