Overview We're Hiring: HR Manager Location: Block 2, Marian Industrial Park, Lot 25 and 27, Marian Road-2, Parañaque, 1713 Metro Manila Industry: Food & Beverage / Food Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: General Manager / Operations Director Monthly Salary: ₱170,000 – ₱175,000 About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead our HR initiatives in a dynamic and growing food industry environment. You will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting our production and support teams. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective HR policies and strategies aligned with company goals. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts across all departments. Handle employee relations with empathy and professionalism. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies. Manage performance reviews, training, payroll coordination, and benefits administration. Support engagement programs for both office and frontline employees. Supervise the HR team and work closely with leadership for organizational development. Maintain accurate HR records and reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field Minimum of 5 years of HR managerial experience (preferably in food or manufacturing) Strong understanding of labor law, payroll, and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Experience with compliance, employee welfare, and performance management Knowledgeable in all facets of HR Experience in either the Food and Beverage industry or Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
