Key Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions accurately and on time Maintain and update ledgers, journals, and financial statements Prepare and reconcile bank statements Monitor accounts payable and receivable Assist with payroll and other accounting tasks Support month-end and year-end financial closing Ensure compliance with government and company accounting standards Perform other related accounting and administrative duties as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field At least 1 year of work experience in bookkeeping or accounting Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality Willing to be assigned at Head Office – Cubao, Quezon City Application Requirements Updated Resume NBI Clearance SSS Number TIN Pag-IBIG Number PhilHealth Number Medical Clearance #J-18808-Ljbffr
