About the role Blueshift Energy Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As our Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall financial operations of our company. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of our dynamic organisation. What you'll be doing Accurately record and categorise financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts on a regular basis Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations Assist with the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Liaise with external accountants and auditors to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records Maintain a well-organised filing system for all financial documentation Support the Accounting team in special projects and other tasks as needed What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bookkeeping or Accounting role, preferably in a small to medium-sized business Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), and financial best practices Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred What we offer At Blueshift Energy Inc., we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
